If a return is needed, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery with prior approval.
- Unused items: Eligible for return with a 5% restocking fee
- Used items: Subject to a 35% restocking fee
All items must be returned in original packaging. Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable.
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Our products are also backed by a 6-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
