At Ox Sweat Sauna, we stand behind our products and want you to love your sauna experience. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help. Due to the nature of our products, the following return policy applies.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the return is approved in advance.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Product Condition
All returns are inspected and categorized as either unused or used.
Unused Products
- Unassembled and unused
- No signs of setup, heating, smoke exposure, or outdoor use
- In new, resalable condition
Used Products
- Any signs of assembly, heat use, fire use, or outdoor exposure
Ox Sweat Sauna reserves the right to determine product condition.
Restocking Fees
- Unused Products and Canceled Orders: 5% restocking fee
- Used Products: 35% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products missing original packaging or components
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper setup
- Final sale or clearance items
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method
Ox Sweat Sauna is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds will be reduced by applicable restocking fees and shipping costs
Returns that do not meet eligibility requirements may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:
Issues related to defects are handled under our 6-month limited warranty.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery will be treated as a return and subject to applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs.
