They helped me through an unfortunate situation. Unmatched communication and customer service. As helpful as can be.
We are very happy with our Ox Sweat Sauna, it has far exceeded our expectations. Any fears of not being hot enough, which you had explained previously and which I know now, were unfounded. We have been able to get the sauna up to 200 degrees, within a short period of time, and have been experimenting with different type of wood as well as amounts. It takes less wood than I anticipated, and the sauna stove is very well made and efficient. We are thoroughly enjoying the Ox Sweat sauna, and enjoying the benefit, and are glad we decided to go with Ox Sweat.
I hard a very hard time trying to set up the tent alone the first time. Stove assembly was a breeze. Now I love it and use it 3-4 times a week.
We got this as a next step in our sauna journey and couldn't be happier. Before I went ahead and built a full on sauna on our property we decided to give this a shot for the winter to see if it's something we'll use regularly and we've used it every day we've had now for over 2 weeks.
Was a little skeptical at first but, it has exceeded my expectation. Took a little while to figure out how to pop the tent at first but once you get it, it is easy. I can get mine up to 200 degrees easily.
Also a little bigger than expected.
